Responsibilities

• 协助楼面主管管理日常楼面运营，确保服务顺畅。
• 根据顾客需求安排座位，并及时解决楼面问题。
• 指导并培训团队，提高整体服务质量。
• 确保楼面环境干净整洁，及时检查并补充消耗品。
• 处理顾客投诉，确保顾客满意度。
• 协助完成楼面的库存记录与物资管理。
• Assist the floor supervisor in managing daily floor operations to ensure smooth service.
• Arrange seats according to customer needs and resolve floor issues in a timely manner.
• Coach and train the team to improve overall service quality.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in completing floor inventory records and material management.
