Responsibilities

• 协调与厨房、收银、外卖等其他部门的合作，确保工作流畅。
• 处理突发状况，迅速解决运营中的问题。
• Responsible for overall floor operations, including staffing, service supervision and floor affairs management.
• Develop and execute floor work plans to ensure efficient operations.
• Train and coach all teams to improve service quality and employee work skills.
• Interact with customers regularly to collect feedback and improve services in a timely manner.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness to ensure compliance with relevant standards for the catering industry.
• Coordinate cooperation with other departments such as kitchen, cashier, takeout, etc. to ensure smooth work.
• Handle emergencies and quickly resolve operational problems.
