Responsibilities

• 接待顾客并提供点餐服务，熟悉店内菜单及推荐菜品。
• 准确录入顾客订单并处理现金、信用卡、电子支付等交易方式。
• 确保收银台的现金账目准确，按时完成每日收银结算。
• 及时回答顾客的疑问并提供良好的服务体验。
• 确保店内区域干净整洁。
• 协助处理日常楼面工作，例如包装外卖订单或带位。
• Receive customers and provide ordering services, and be familiar with the store menu and recommended dishes.
• Accurately enter customer orders and process cash, credit card, electronic payment and other transaction methods.
• Ensure that cash accounts at the cash register are accurate and complete daily cash settlements on time.
• Answer customer questions promptly and provide a good service experience.
• Ensure store areas are clean and tidy.
• Assist with daily floor tasks such as packing takeout orders or taking tables.
